NO-SHOWS
- If you do not see your driver at the pick-up point as scheduled, particularly at an airport, please call us at:
1- 888-797-6439 (1-888-pyrmidz)
- If a passenger fails to notify PYRMIDZ LIMO of his/her inability to pick up at the appointed time or place, the full fare will be charged, plus the waiting time until the car is released.

STOPS:
- En-route stops in same town are charged $20.00 per stop.
- En-routs stops in different town are charged half fare.
- Out-of-route stops in different town are charged full fare.

Cancellations:
- You will be charged if the ride is not cancelled within 3 hour prior to the pick up time.
- Cancellation charges are billed at the full rate.
